Foundations of Liberty is published bi-monthly by the MacArthur Institute, a non-profit, non-political education entity. 

The MacArthur Institute was founded for the purpose of rebuilding the foundations of America upon the original intent of the Founding Fathers. 

Because we firmly believe in the principles that gave birth to America, we publish and teach without apology the concepts of Biblical law, the benefits of a limited and Constitutional government, and the right of private property, freedom of conscience, and the free enterprise system.
